And no cats, dogs, kids, or parrots.  Wives optional, depending.  (In  
a "proper" household, one lets the wife do it.  ;-))

My then 3 or 4 year old nephew, upon seeing my sister approach his  
little red wagon, said "No No.  Mommy not fix; mommy break!  Daddy  
fix."  Wise beyond his years (in the case of my sister)!
