I originally sent the following go Glenn off-list, but with
Clifford's message, I believe it has become relevant to this
(off-topic) discussion.
The ISP I use with my Qwest circuit places no restrictions (aside
from, "don't do anything illegal") on what servers their customers
run, and they're very reasonably priced. (And to tie it in a bit:
they'll will happily let you run Linux.)
