[SLL] Interesting BBC program on Open Source

Yesterday the BBC World Service devoted their "Global Business" program to
open source software. Interestingly, they only briefly touched on Linux
(calling it "massively successful", I think was the term they used),
concentrating instead on hybrid offerings like OpenXchange that use the Open
Source model but charge for support and guaranteed compatibility -- an
approach that's probably more interesting to businesses who want to know,
"How can I make money off of this thing?"
I have put up an Ogg file of the program, and hope I'm not getting myself
into copyright trouble for doing so. (They offered the program for streaming
from the web site yesterday, but in WMA format; this is just an effort to
make it more accessible. If this turns into a problem, I'll be glad to take
