Congratulations. I have been planning to purchase and read you book but 
haven't got to it yet,

The rankings at Amazon.com are a little confusing.

Some notes I recorded for book I published in August (and began being 
available at Amazon in November).

13/Nov/2006 ranked book as #14 of 32 "bestselling, non-accessory 
items." -- All Unix related it appears

But that was with less than a hundred sold at Amazon.
