[SLL] GoDaddy Redux

It looks like NameCheap is a Enom reseller. Enom has a reputation of
hijacking domains and has suspended sites in the same manner that
GoDaddy is now accused of, so it may not be much better.

Are there any registrars in the world that are NOT evil?? I'm still
looking.....
