Does not.  Just nimble fingers.  And it can do some pretty cool stuff.

*ahem*  I use Ubuntu, and I don't even know how to use Joe.  It's not
installed by default.  (Either that or I was *real* thorough cleaning up
unused packages.)  

Joe's Own Emacs.  ummmm, why improve on the original and best?
