I have just been offered an opportunity to participate in a major govt 
program to take a MS/SQL server database application and port it over to 
Oracle running on Solaris. My part in the program will be to write the 
training protocols, both web and CD based, to train the M$ centric users 
in using a *nix based system.  I am asking for suggested reference 
material (texts and programs) that would be appropriate in helping me 
create these materials. Any and all suggestion greatly appreciated. The 
long term goal is to move this agency permanently over to Linux.
