[SLL] website to list websites that don't work with open source software?

Anyone know of a website that provides contact information for websites 
that don't work with open source software?

The latest site for me is http://www.costcophotocenter.com/ 

My wife has used it for at least a few years to order photo developing and 
to order greeting cards (using Linux or NetBSD with firefox).

But trying to create a calendar has every month as Jan (January) and 
the drop down for the year has every year as 2007.

There support said you must use Netscape Navigator 7.0 and above or 
Internet Explorer 5.5 or above or AOL 5.0 or above.

We already tried the firefox useragent plugin - but we may try some more 
options with that some more.
