Wish they'd get that habit in _my_ neighborhood.  North Seattle, no DSL,
three different folks with Qwest have told me "don't hold your breath"
or words to that effect.

Maybe there's no demand.  The whole street has Comcast or dialup or nothing,
save one Covad customer at the top of the street.  Her phone lines
must be shorter than mine.  Or maybe Covad makes promises Qwest won't.
