Speakeasy has excellent customer service, however if they end up escalating
an issue to Covad or Qwest, be prepared to wait for a long time. We recently
had an outage that went for 5 days without resolution. Turns out it was a
bad DSL modem. It took an onsite visit from Covad to discover this.
Aside from that, the Speakeasy service has been rock solid for about a year
and a half. We had Qwest service in the same house before, and it was
horrible.
