Mine did not.  I'm on plain old-fashioned Qwest.

At this point, if you're in an area where Speakeasy thinks they have
service, and you're not too much in a hurry for service, I'd go with
Speakeasy.  (Qwest's residential service will let you run ssh and smtp but
*not* www or anything like that.)  *So far*, their buyout by Best Buy
doesn't seem to have hurt their customer service.  Caveat emptor.  

Others I've done business with are 2alpha (for DSL, in both Qwest and
Verizon-land, very nice) and Eskimo (I've only done dialup with them, but I
*think* Robert is doing DSL nowadays?)... I'm sure the gang has others they
can recommend.
