I did not experience any outages today. I live in the Wallingford area.
My ISP is ADOS.net out of OR. They use Drizzle for the local
connectivity between Qwest and ADOS.

I've been happy with ADOS, plus good pricing for a static IP. I work
with Drizzle for a client. They provide both hosting and ISP services.
I would recommend them as well.
