No.  We have a strong desire to work with the upstreams, so we have a good 
relationship with the upstream mozilla, and we can get our patches approved 
rather quickly, so that we don't have to fork the application.  Our 
maintainers have a hard enough time keeping up with upstream with the various 
vulnerabilities and updates that we'd _really_ rather not have to maintain a 
fork.

As far as "only the GPL" stuff, we only use source that is freely 
redistributable.  What in the upstream FF sources are not freely 
redistributable?
