I use Opera for my general surfing and printing and FireFox for web page development so I don't do
much printing with FireFox.
In the case of Opera I built a "print" css file that sets the font type & size and removes sidebars
and images from the pages -- you can get as exotic as you want... :-)
I think you can do the same with FireFox, if not installing some of the CSS extensions should give
you full control of the page.
