[SLL] (OT) print font sizes with Firefox.

Is there any way to control font sizes when printing from Firefox?  I've
looked through the normal configuration menus (actually Preferences on
OS X), but don't see anything specific to printing.

My guess is that this is largely determined by the page format so isn't
easy to control.
