We are an early-stage healthcare technology company in the late stages of beta development on a new healthcare collaboration product that will revolutionize the way healthcare professionals connect. As we all know, the healthcare system is badly broken. We're not going to fix all of it but we will make a difference. We are actively fund raising to capitalize the company but investors aren't ready to sign checks yet... they want to see us get our product out to market and get some traction first. Obviously, we need some servers and other hardware in order to get the system ready for production. In the short term we could really use just a couple servers to help get us over the hump and prove that healthcare proffesionals will use what we have built.

Our hope is that there are a few folks out there with old servers that they recently upgraded out of that are just sitting around in storage depreciating everyday. Our demands are not high at this point so just about any Dell, HP, Compaq, Rackable, etc. servers will suffice -- RAM and HDs, even small ones, are a real bonus.

Four our part, if you are able to help, we'll grant you stock equal to the 200% of the fair market value of any netowrking or server hardware you can spare.

Thank you for taking to time consider how your old hardware can help save the healthcare system and get you some pretty stock certificates that may look lovely frame over a toilet os simply wall papered around the bathroom mirror... or may be worth 10x on 200% of their current market value!

Please email us descriptions of any servers or other networking equipment you'd like to trade for stock.

Sincerely,

Bob
